Small business ownership is the right decision for them. Small business owners have no need to grow or expand. The difference between small business owners and entrepreneurs is attitude. Not every small businessperson starts as an entrepreneur. More than 25% of entrepreneurs have no interest in growth. Classic entrepreneurs ideas can change the economic landscape. They have the desire to change the world. Finding solutions to old problems that we didn"t even know we had. Seems to come with internal focus of control, or a deep-seated sense that the individual is personally responsible for what happens in his or her life.
