Digital divide is the inability of groups in society to access the internet and other communication technologies. The first time i remember experiencing this was when i visited family in india back when i was in middle school. Access to the internet was limited then and it (cid:449)as ge(cid:374)e(cid:396)ally slo(cid:449). When i wanted to contact friends in canada using social media i had to use a desktop computer with a wired connection to the internet.
