Ability to experience something through more than one sense. Compulsive disorder in which people pull out their hair. Sometimes you will need to create your own, need to provide detailed description and potentially a sample for what types of questions you would be answering last resort. Should be looking in literature for measure that already exists: ex. depression, qol, social support, etc. Have the right events been listed: checklist measurement are there events missing from this list, the right events can differ from group to group. Exams are significant for young adults, but not for seniors. Assumes everyone reacts the same way to stressors: appraisal some evaluate situations [ex. exams] as much more/less stressful than others. Stress is an individuals response to environmental stressors: common set of reactions as a result of a demand, ex. Everyone experiences the same stressor, exams, and the response/reaction each individual has to that is stress .
