Green leader included in 2008, not in 2011, not totally in 2015. Now a very orchestrated affair we won!! Now much less clear who actually wins . How it effects the polls may be a way to measure who actually won. Canada elections act requires broadcasting time be equally available for purchase. If they don"t agree broadcasting arbitration takes place. Positive ads directed at informing people about their leader or policies. Negative ads criticizing another party leader. People do not like negative ads but they are effective. Historically large portion of funding for liberal and conservative came from corporations.
