Foreign named used as a heuristic by requiter or employer; exacerbated by pressure to not have bad-hires, quick resume reading: con ict surrounding immigration. Protests against immigration reform in the us. Opposing pro- and anti- immigration marches in germany. Group formation: in-group identity, loyalty, common elements of group structure, morale and cohesiveness.
