Lex sportiva: sports law, lex ludica (law of games?) Does sport law exist as a specialized area of law: theres no distinct line of acceptable and not, not enough cases to form distinct eld. Sports law: criminal law, tort law, tax law, labour law, employment law, administrative law, environmental law, trademark law, copyright law, patent law, contract law, international law, human rights law, etc law. Careers in sports law: agent, players union type thing, sport dispute/arbitration. What is sport speci city: unique area within law bc exempt from a lot of things. Does sport receive special exemption from law: yes, ufc is assault, rugby tackle and died, draft and trading of players, gender segregation. Administrative law: need to know what they"re up against, do leagues have too much power, doping test violation , doping = strict liability offence. Privacy law: changerooms, different countries different rules, courts allow it and rly exempt.
