Menstrual women were hidden from society: covering up lustful parts of the body, development of table manners and use of cutlery. Rise of individualism: we had the idea of privatize, seeing a new bodily practice, two fundamental things: Dualism organizes our body or way of thinking: cultural. What are the implication of medicine: focused on the body and not the mind, the doctor only treats the body and not the mind. We can"t see it through medical devices, it s in your head. You don"t actually have a sickness: hard vs soft sciences. What is the differences between western and non-western medical system: western over medicate someone, group healing, one side we have the body and on the other side we have the mind.
