Visible minority = you can hide certain minorities it is not necessary to for people to know why you are a minority by just looking at you. Personal = some individuals have prejudice or weird stereotypes about people. Institutional/structural = our institutions and society are set up in a way that tends to privilege certain groups and limit opportunities to other groups. Race is a social, not a biological category. More variance within races than between them.
