How is communication embodied, lived, and felt? last week recap. Phenomenology = is the study of human conscious experience - how we come to be aware about and interact with the things around us relationship between comm and the world around us. We should be think about it in a way that is more than just media. More expansive definition of what counts as communication. More than just about what we see there are other things that mediate our experience (bodies and emotions) this week and the two weeks before address 3 issues. And to think about other things that mediate beyond just media to think about relationship between comm and experience to think about communication beyond just media. Experience being the well spring of theorizing. Noise is a good example of this because there is a fine line between whether something is a sound or whether something is noise.
