Culture and cultural values, ideals, needs etc can be found in many different forms: In defining our sense of cultural identity, certain cultural traits and symbols become prominent and adopted/ promoted/ stereotyped. A language of signs and images, each of which stands for or represents things or ideas. Defined by inter-relationships with other (different?) cultural representations.
