Midterm: 3 questions: 2 out of 3, equal value, one hour on each question, week two - week six, principles of law + some facts on each case + case names. Certainty of terms: contract law is about creating contracts. Legislation: contracts for the sale of goods, to import statutory terms . Test of reasonableness: if the reasonable person can see the vagueness within a contract, the court will enforce it. Every case is a single instance in contract law. Definition: the verbal forms of single instances which depends on certain facts. Cases where the situations is exchanged between parties are dealing in commercial places. The courts presume that there is an intention to be bound in presumption of parties intention to bound in law based on the facts. Social or domestic situations : opposite presumption, no intention bound in law based on the facts. In both categories, the use of presumptions .
