We must engage in critical thinking about the law. Summary: the law is not always good, we should always think critically about it. Our relationship with law is always changing and it needs to be monitored because sometimes it creates more problems than it fixes. Conflict between treatment for criminals and legal punishment. There is no right or wrong answer for everything. The law has to try and treat everyone equally, but this is difficult.
