Laws represent values and perspectives fundamental to social order (legal fetishism) Laws represent values and perspectives which it is in public interest to protect. State in legal system is value neutral. Take everything to the law, let them face accuser, let everything unfold. Fundamental division between groups that own/control and those who work for them. Law becomes tool to maintain and extend power. Law is not a special thing that is unique and beautiful, it is away of giving the elites more. It is not equal, the elite hold way more power than the lower class. power. Law do not represent values which are fundamental. Laws do not necessarily represent values to be protected.
