Crown must show cause why this person must be held in custody. Everyone has the right to reasonable bail . If an adult looses : bail review (error, or bigger and better plan) **** exam- young person looses: extra try, bail hearing is done in front of justice of the peace, but you are entitled to a hearing in front of a youth court judge.
