The words convey her feelings of misery through the use of soft, gentle words. I believe that ophelia might feel depressed because of her intimacy and rejection from hamlet, after her father told her to be careful. I feel sympathy for her in her situation as she feels naive and used. Ophelia is clearly reflecting on many events and situations in her life right now and is quite sad.
