Moral psychology investigates the psychological side of morality: descriptive. There are emotional influences + noise and gender. Psychological situationism: maintains that various aspects of a person"s situation (their decision frame) can strongly influence how a person behaves and, in particular, how willing they are to help others. Include factors unrelated to morality. if we take this to be true it causes trouble to all theories based on having character.
