Negative reaction in response to resumption in problem behavior. Problem of immediate gratification ( taming the pig ) Recognize and cope with high risk situations. Major components: skills training, cognitive therapy, lifestyle modification. Stimulus control and coping imagery self-monitoring and cue exposure.
