Social relations: number of people we are close to (150) is related to neo cortex. Mary enters, walks around, leaves bedroom: empathy by comparison: capacity to understand, recognize and share emotions, roles - intentionality and social intelligence discoverable in roles (what roles taken, how it infers state of mind) Situations - involve taking and making roles - role taking and making reveals social intelligence. Social intelligence determines social relations = nature of social relations discoverable in situations. Intentionality and social intelligence depend on size of frontal lobe.
