No lawyer wanted to take him as a client. His defence was that there was a violation of his charter rights. Court of appeal, and trial court decided that the appellant had justified his argument. Concerning that the child pornography could be legal but the scc still made it illegal. Emerging issues in international child law (child protection, sexual exploitations) Actors who commit actions against children versus those that stop these offenders: 3 groups each fall into. Primary motivation is the income that follows this illegal act. Assumption that all actors in front of the camera are under 18 however, there are cases where the people are younger. Face book: as a child they can friend anyone on the net, have more influence, power than the government. Airlines: where people seek for sexual encounters with young children, they got involved in order to tackle down on suspicious/potential offenders.
