Police may not know the law gets them into trouble. New oicers oten mentored by those who have been out on the force for 5 years or less. They are sill apart of society right ater training. Police sub culture is what causes the most problems not the training. Purpose of policing is to help people in crisis. Police associaions: help work in safe environment.
