Biological determinism: belief that our traits are controlled by our genes/dna/ biology. Agender: a term that is used to describe a person who does not identify with a gender. Cisgender: a term used to describe a person whose gender identity aligns with the one assigned to them at birth. Cissexism: the idea that cisgender is the only normal way to be and the practices that upload this belief. Gender expansive: a term sometimes used to describe a person who expands ideas about gender beyond their society"s expectations. Gender neutral: can refer to a term (like a pronoun), space (a bathroom) or person that is not gendered. Genderqueer: umbrella term used to describe a person who does not identify with a strict gender binary.
