First of all, one of the problems with the old way or typing and calculating by hand is that inattention errors can be made or small mistakes when it comes to calculation. Being human it is normal that our body gets tired by doing the same type of activities such as calculating and errors occur. When we use formulas for a long time to calculate different things, errors occur because our mind is not there or because of tiredness. Using excel has many advantages such as that the formula gives us an average of hour"s maintenance services and the equipment maintenance cost accordingly. Depending on how much equipment is used, by using this table you will have an idea of the maintenance cost by looking at the rsq results which shows us exactly the correlation of how accurate this estimation is.
