The article by marcus gee, (cid:498)rent control isn"t the solution to ontario"s housing problem,(cid:499) examines the theory of rent control causing deterioration of housing. not taken into consideration. However, there is a weak causality between rent control and housing problems, beacuse it does not take into account of other variables such as the housing market, location or economic depression. In order for this theory to have a strong correlation presently, the author needs to provide more data and take into account various variables. Overall, this isn"t a compelling argument because the compounding variables were. The article by thomas woods, (cid:498)racism motivated trump voters more than authoritarianism,(cid:499) looks at the theory of racial attitudes influences voters to vote for. The theory illustrates causality between race and voting because the study proves that people will vote according to racial attitudes and who they vote for influences their racial attitudes.
