Virtue of a good man is not the same as that of a good citizen. Theoretical definition of citizenship, if you know what a citizen is you will know how to define. Defined by nothing else so much is by his participation in judgment and office . Multitude of citizens who participate in judgment and office for purpose of self-sufficiency city.
