If 2 rules can fire, one with higher priority happens first. Rules with most specific conditions should start first. If news comes in about current recession. If a & b & c then r. News that 2 of largest corporations are going to bankruptcy. Two rules who"s conditions match - which one was used more frequently. Stability: ability to carry out long sequences of actions.
