In britain citizens given coupon book with 66 points to be used for clothing. Young kids given more coupons to compensate for growth. No clothing could be imported from outside britain. Utility clothing clothing prices were increased due to lack of supplies so utility clothing allowed the prices to stay low streamlined uniform approach to clothing. No boys under 13 could wear long trousers. All braid embroidery, and lace were banned.
