Hormone and Endocrine System  Reproduction= Hypothalamus -> Pituitary -> Gonadal Growth= Hypothalamus -> Pituitary -> Liver Stress= Hypothalamus -> Pituitary -> Adrenal  Action at the distance is endocrine signalling. And mode of action is neuroendocrine signalling.  It is signalling at a local area.  The pathway of hormone is that they are synthesis first then they are release throughout our body. They are transported to in the circulation then reach their target cell. Lastly the cell will respond.  The two types of hormones are separated into two section water soluble and lipid soluble.
