You cant get a marriage licence if both people carry this gene because your child would not survive (chance 1 in 4) Technology effects eugenics immensely: we can decide now whether we want kids or not (birth control, tubes tied etc, who is going to be involved in birth. Artificial insemination (ai) - having sperm implanted in the uterus: they can select none mutated sperm.
