Larger competitors have national marketing campaigns, which increase visibility. Smaller breweries must compete on a niche basis. Less running around for reps means they may be able to increase sales through one on one time with customers. More control over the process means that creemore springs will have greater control over quality assurance. Moving cleaning is a strong step toward becoming more self reliant, increasing the potential for growth. Cleaning in house diffuses corporate attention away from its core competency. More management issues might arise as a result of moving the cleaning in house. If the attempt to move the cleaning in house is not successful, the entire investment will be lost. Increased salary expenses for workers cleaning in house-two new contract workers can be brought in only when the line is running.
