Professional moral principles are not statements of taste or preference they tell practitioners what they ought to do and what they ought not do. Confidentiality: communication and info from participants from a health education program must be kept confidential, conversions, written or taped records, noted, test results. Consent: consent to share participants records or info, consent to submit to particular service, treatment, research or program, consent to the location or operation of an interview in their neighbourhood. Disclosure: disclosure to participants of the program, disclosure of participants info to other individuals, agencies etc. , disclosure of any conflict of interest. Implied that those doing the work, and the organization as a whole, are competent to accomplish their goals.
