Keep as many decimal places as you can till the last step: check: everything should add up to 1. 00 and 100% roughly. Grouped frequency distribution tables: used for when the range of scores is too wide. Solution: make groupings of values that include all values within a certain interval. Rules: table must have roughly 5-10 groupings, 2,5,10 intervals are typical. Cant change groupings half way through the table. If you pick fives stick with five: must go from highest to lowest still. What interval should we choose: start with knowing your highest and lowest number so you have an idea, 2 would be too small: too many intervals, interval of 10! P: used to decide which interval you should put decimal numbers in, still the rounding trick used your whole life.
