Rinse the membrane with 20ml tbs/t x10sec then discard the tbs/t. Wash membrane 3x with 20ml tbs/t x10min per wash: perform this step on the platform shaker, use fresh tbs/t for each wash, ensure that the membrane is completely covered with tbs/t. Leave membrane in the last wash until you"re ready to perform one of the 2 detection methods: colorimetric, ecl chemiluminescence. Pour off as much of the last wash as possible.
