In a classic migraine vasoconstriction is associated with visual disturbances (they know when the migraine is going to come: migraines are different from classical headaches because normally the pain is only on half the head (comes from the term hemi grania= half the head, not sure why people get migraines, maybe genetic, cluster headaches affect mostly older men (most severe, something triggers a migraine, which affects the hypothalamus, which is then transferred to trigeminal nerves and results in pain, serotonin has a large effect in the onset and treatment of migraines.
