Retromer: tubular extensions on endosomes, some subunits binds to tail of sortilin and. Ap-3: targets lysosomal membrane proteins such as lamps and limps. Domain binds di leucine motif of lamp. It will be recruited in clathrin vesicles, and fuse with lysosomes. Cholesterol esters: synthesized by acat in er membranes, storage form of cholesterol since it is not soluble and is not degradable. Acyl-coenzyme a cholesterol acyltransferase is found int er membranes.
