Paris- placing food in children"s hands and helping to extend hand to feed elephant. Always shook hand and acted as though it was dirty afterwards: ex. Rome- feed themselves and animals simultaneously children and mother high interaction with animal: stopped film here, set of traditions that is passed on, even these small things. What is cultural or can change: say the cultural world is real and this is what anthropologists study, 2 examples of successful assignments. Size matters- body size changes reaction to level of sexuality: giants->dwarfs size is power. Small but hard assignment, how much detail do you keep in or out . So this boy is stupid: you must be confused to see things. Forgetting, doing another activity, and then having it all come together: central to all systems of thought.
