Granary: when granary falls, who is under it. Need belief to have experience, belief is strengthened by experience. Learning the skill of how to pray well, learning is enacting the belief. Experience: your own, can"t be doubted because it happened to you. Belief can be doubted in some way, shape or form. Geertz argument: religion is a worldview (model for the world and kn way) Creates a system of meaning to see world through. Meaning about suffering: how to suffer and why.
