Iceland has the most energy consumption as a small country. If prices are cheap you tend to use more. Global energy system left hand side input of energy and the right hand side is the energy output. On the left hand side if you look at coal, natural gas, and oil they are all the same. Coal almost 2/3 of it goes to electricity and heating. Much of the natural gas and oil go to transformation (fossil fuels) which is industry, transportation, heating buildings. In terms of output what you see is it"s fairly equal goes to buildings, transportation, industry.
