Causes for the end/”fall” of the Western Empire:
1. After Theodosius, the rulers were said to be weak.
2. The Civil wars had mostly just weaken the Romans. (The soldiers
had to be withdrawn in order to fight the battles.)

5. Pressure exerted by the Sassanid Empire(Nero)

6. The belief of moral decline as a reason for the 'Fall' is still used as
