The term paper is due on Friday Nov. 3 rdat 3:55 PM (only hard copy is accepted). You can submit the paper to the main office of the Institute of Islamic Studies (Morrice Hall, room # 319) or to Peiyu Yang during her office hrs. (Friday 9:00-11:00). The paper should be between 5 (minimum) and 7 (maximum) pages in length (including the footnotes/endnotes and the bibliographical list) (Double space, font 11 or 12). We will not read/grade additional pages. Sources (books and articles) needed for the paper should not be less than 5. Relying on Wikipedia and quoting from lectures are not allowed (in other words, lectures are not sources). 1
