Cbg = capillary blood glucose (<4) is not normal hypoglycemic not normal for 20- year-old with brain injury. Pao2: case study 2: adult 1-day postop following cabg (coronary artery bypass graft) has 7/10 incisional pain at the sternum. States i will manage the pain by lying in bed and splinting my incision with this pillow. 7/10 = severe pain (anything 7 and above is severe).
