Had a tremendous affinity towards wearing military uniforms and spending time with military officers. Parents enforced royal practices and horse-riding since a young age, unhappy child. Over-compensate for their masculine short coming through behaviour. Plays out the bully role, few people disagree. Something shapes the personality, personality shapes the execution of foreign policy. What people see from the same event is not the same thing. Variation in responses, have to do with value of stimulus. Foreign policy decisions, if someone is already angry the response may be of this sort. Prejudices or biases influence how information is received and interpreted. Ex: john foster dulles, eisenhower"s secretary of state. Strong beliefs about communism, shaped all the information coming in. His belief was the soviet"s were trying to take over the world no matter what it took.
