Midterm exam: in class, 7 oct. : 20% Research essay: 10-12 double- spaced pages; due 30 nov. : 30% Final exam (cumulative): to be scheduled during the final exam period- 30: mixed essay and short answer questions. Studying and comparing state behavior and decision making. We assume the thinking that dictates all choices in each state is all the same.
