November 26, 2015: since the 90s, thai gov"t has pursued stronger, burma has notoriously used child labor in the standards of regulation construction industry. Problem is role of the state in addressing these issues: sometimes state doesn"t have the strength to address, sometimes the state is directly working w/ corporations the issues. May get kickbacks to not follow regulations.
