A communications revolution: communications are not new to diplomacy, four aspects of the it revolution, increased speed. Increased transparency creates reactions and the political fight moves to a new theatre. Our generation is born in a world where there is nothing particularly weird in engaging in social relationships. The public is getting increasingly involved in the activities of their: increased density, increased voice countries, a new political context, increased voice of political opportunities around the world. Adapting diplomacy: there is a fundamental incompatibility existing between speed and diplomacy.
