It got people aware of different diseases and the portals of entry for each disease so then they were educated on how to stay safe and protected. The framework of emerging infectious diseases" are those whose incidence in humans has increased or threaten to increase in the future. During these years, the experience and practice of medicine changed dramatically and so did the structure of the health care delivery system. For a lot of people this was a time in which no problem seemed unsolvable and there were no diseases that science could not beat and no surgical procedure or medical product that could not be mastered. One very significant medical development that occurred during this period is penicillin which was the very first major antibiotic. After the creation of penicillin, many other antibiotics began to develop.
