Site: anywhere that shows evidence of human habitation (i. e. ancient egyptian temples to people camping and leaving behind bones for example)- can be elaborate or everyday. Look at artifacts (anything made or modified by humans) left behind by individual (can include utensils to food) Look at what men and women were doing to understand constructs. We see a gradual transition to agriculture (people were hunter-gathers 1300 years ago- they got whatever was locally available they were not tending to crops, then gradually you see people grow crops) People starting growing rye, wheat and lentil. Around 10 000 years ago we also see physical marks appearing on female bodies (we find evidence of osteoarthritis as a result of repetitive motion/strain like doing repetitive labor.
