AP reaches synapse 2. ACh release 3. Nicotinic Receptors bind Ach  open UNSELECTIVE ion channels ensure transmission: lots of Ach lots of Ach receptors lots of Na channels 4. Depol opens Na channels 5. Spreads to T-Tubules 6. At TRIAD, depol opens DHCP 7. Mechanical coupling to RyR 8. Calcium Release from SR 9. Calcium binds troponin C 10. Troponin shape
