Sleep growth hormone axis (stress vs. growth, anabaolic vs. catabolic) Stress hormone axis is regulated from paraventricular nucleus (pvn) Arcuate nucleus regulates the growth hormone axis (arc) Virtually all funcions in the body talk to each other by connecions and secretory difusion of hormones. They all talk to each other in a integrated way(key thing about organisms selected as a coordinated system)
