Similar to attic red-figure pottery: apulian pottery, by 360 developed two styles, plain style, plain and repetitive, dyonisian themes. Figures all over pot: used in funerary context, after 375 bc new style, grey stele, white figures (no matter gender) Similar to prostas but on a larger scale: courtyard surrounded by portico/peristyle, multiple rooms, mosaics, pebbles set into mortar. Introduced in the late 5th cent /early 4th cent bc: corinth, centaur bath, corinth, 5th cent bc, geometric, wheel design, donkey figural scene, centaur chasing leopard, morgantina, sicily, olynthos. Figured frieze of maenads and satyrs: pella, mosaic signed by gnosis, macedon. Free-standing sculpture: general trends, new notions about the gods. Increased engagement with viewers: piraeus athena, no longer stern, engages w/ viewer, move aay from poikilia of the high classical period, olympian boxer, c. 350 bc, made by silanion of athens. Individualism in the personal style of the late classical sculpture: praxiteles of athens.
