Sabena has poor performance and had to get a final bail-out from the government. Sabena catering also has poor organizational health: distrust and secrecy between workers and management, frequent wildcat strikes, these are very effective as any shutdown in production impacts the business greatly. Employees know that in order to improve the organization there will have to be cut-backs. They are even more hostile towards management now. If these problems are not solved even fixing other issues will not be solved. Should begin with behavioural problems between the mechanics and dishwashers. Train dishwashers on how to properly process the dishes.
